It has come to our attention that there have been instances of keys being left unattended in forklifts on-site. We want to emphasize the critical importance of responsible key management to ensure the safety of our workplace.

Leaving keys unattended in forklifts poses a serious risk, as unauthorized individuals could gain access to and operate these vehicles. This not only jeopardizes the safety of our team members but also risks damage to equipment and potential workplace incidents.
To address this concern, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Key Responsibility: It is the responsibility of each operator to ensure that keys are not left unattended in forklifts at any time.
Secure Storage: When not in use, keys should be securely stored in designated areas. Do not leave them in the ignition or any accessible location within the forklift.
Immediate Reporting: If you notice keys left unattended, report it immediately to your supervisor or the designated authority.
Team Awareness: Spread awareness among your team about the importance of this issue and the potential risks associated with leaving keys unattended
